how to write a description form and then a set builder form?

for example you have a set having entries {2,4,6,8,10) then
for its discriptive form will see to what the entries belong ,to whih set basic defined set,
so it will be (set of 1st 5 even no.) okay..??
then for set builder notation see how the no.are incresing and decresing or how they are related or to what no they or les greater or equal ,then for its set builder form it will be,
{x Ix belong too E and 0 less then x les then or equal 10}
