What is the fundamental source of electromagnetic radiation? @Abhisar

OpenStudy (anonymous):

does it have to do with gravity?

OpenStudy (abhisar):

No

OpenStudy (anonymous):

then what?

OpenStudy (abhisar):

Electromagnetic radiation is a type of energy that is released and absorbed by charged particles, which display wave-like behaviour as it travels through space. The fundamental source of electromagnetic radiation on earth is the sun. It provides the primary energy source for much of the remote sensing of the Earth surface.
