A rainbow viewed from an airplane may form a complete circle. Where will the shadow of the airplane appear? Explain. @Abishek

The sun has to be near the horizon for an actual rainbow to appear... When a rainbow is viewed from a plane, it appears as a full circle due to the relative position of the sun and the plane, as if they were in an angle in which we normally see a rainbow from the ground. So, the shadow of the airplane will not fall on Earth when this happens.
