use distance formula...as here,.. \[d=\sqrt{(x2-x1)^2+(y2-y1)^2}\] you will et answer..
its sqrt53..!!! as under... \[d=\sqrt{(1-3)^2+(-6-1)^2}=\sqrt{(-2)^2+(-7)^2}=\sqrt{4+49}=\sqrt{53}\]
