Which of the following shows the correct process of the genetic code being passed from DNA to protein? A. mRNA leaves nucleus, transcription, translation B. mRNA leaves nucleus, translation, transcription C. Transcription, mRNA leaves nucleus, translation D. Translation, mRNA leaves nucleus, transcription
Which do you think it is? Why or why not? It would be easier to tutor you if you explained what about the question is giving you trouble.
@turtlederp034 Well, can you narrow it down at all?
Transcription is the process of mRNA forming from a DNA
hey its c
i was going to say B :C
Translation is Protein forming with the help of mRNA
thanks c:
when mRNA is formed it then leaves the nucleus in to the cytoplasm which gets translated into proteins..!!
@deepika.comet You should at least explain why. @turtlederp034 It is see because transcription has to occur before mRNA can be made, and translation is the process of using mRNA to make the proteins. I think of it this way. Transcribe essentially means copy, so transcription just creates a copy of the DNA in which will then allow for the translation. Translation because you are taking one information sequence (DNA/RNA) and turning it into something new made up of amino acids.
i have tried to expliain
@deepika.comet After you simply stated the answer.
