Insecurities have a huge affect on people. It prevents them from doing things to their greatest potential because they are so worried about what other will think of them and hey are so conscience about themselves and their imperfections. Positive self esteem gives people the power to go out into the world and reach their goals and strive to achieve great things, instead of living inside of themselves.
