Is the head of a politician really made up of 99.999999% empty space ?

Rutherford during his gold foil experiment found that atoms are made up of a tiny dense nucleus which contains the 99% of it. Also volume of an atom is 10\(^{15}\) times the volume of nucleus. So yes head of a politician (and every body else too) is made up of 99.999999% empty space since everything is made up of atoms which itself is composed of 99.99999% empty space.
