using the graph of y=sinx, list all values on the interval (-4pi/3,15pi/4) that satisfy the ordered pair (x,0)

OpenStudy (mosaic):

They are asking you to find all values of x in the interval (-4pi/3,15pi/4) where sin(x) = 0.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

how do i do that

OpenStudy (mosaic):

The sine function is zero at x = 0, pi, 2pi, 3pi ..... and -pi, -2pi, -3pi, .... Here the interval is (-4pi/3,15pi/4) or approx. (-1.33pi, 3.75pi). Therefore, in that interval, sin(x) is zero when x = -pi, 0, pi, 2pi and 3pi.
