Justice Harlan's prediction will possibly be that the Times have changed and blacks are no longer the only minority. [ Whites soon will be as well. Right now the focus is on the increase of browns. We do not have segregation in public places but we have them growing in the workplace. Brown bosses will only hire brown workers. Black and white need not apply. This is the racial reality today . ]
