What is the equation of the parabola with a directrix at y = -4 and focus (0, 4)?

OpenStudy (mosaic):

Let (x,y) be ANY general point on the parabola. The parabola has this property: Any point on the parabola is equidistant from the focus and the directrix. Use this property to find the equation of the parabola: Find distance between (x,y) and (0,4). Find distance between (x,y) and the directrix y = -4. Equate the two and simplify to find the equation of the parabola.
