What is the spreading of tumor cells to distant parts of the body via blood and lymph referred to as? Mitosis Metastasis Apoptosis

Ok well, we know for sure it isn't Mitosis because that is a form of cell division. Apoptosis is defined as the death of cells that occurs as a normal and controlled part of an organism's growth or development. So, it would be Metastasis.
