What's healthier for you? Drinking water before or after exercising? I know it's good for you to drink water but, what's better.In terms of exercising to lose weight.

well you don't really wanna drink a litre of water before exercising heavily, but you should keep yourself hydrated.

in the army they made us drink water all the time. they would starve us, leave us freezing cold and not let us sleep but they would always give us water. water is incredibly important for all body functions. you need water in little but constant amounts. just like survival food. even bear grylls says "eat little and often". same applies for water. dont drink or eat a huge amount. little by little. gets the job done.
