Biology is used in all aspects of everyday life. If your dog needed to see a vet, a biologist did the research on the disease he may have. Without biology we wouldn't know how to care for a garden and keep plants alive. Biology is also used to determine why we crave certain foods, and why we know to brush and floss regularly.
