The volume of sound is determined by the amplitude of the sound wave ( it is actually related to the square of the amplitude). You can actually see this in stringed instruments, like a guitar. The harder you pluck the string, the louder the volume. No, the motion of the sound source does not affect the volume, but it affects the pitch (frequency of the wave).. This is the Doppler effect. Last, it is very difficult to be home schooled in Physics. See if you can attend a class at your local high school.
Thank you :)
