In NLM, if M = (4x-4), L = (3x+12), and N = (6x+3), what is x? A.9 B.12 C.13 D.14

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I'm pretty sure it's B, but I need someone to verify.

OpenStudy (mosaic):

Do you have a diagram for NLM?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Without the diagram it is not a great assumption to say N, L , and M are equal and that we have a system of equations or that it may equal the sides or angles of a triangle.

If you mean "triangle NLM" then you can say N + L + M = 180
