While child day care might be a controversial subject, I still think it is an available option. A parent should do their best though to make sure that the Day Care is either highly trustable, or that they personally know one or some of the care takers in charge. Another option would be to let the child's grandparents take care of the child. Some of the pros of that decision is that the grandparents already have years of experience taking care of children. But one of the cons could be if one of the grandparents is ill or easily forgetful some harm could come to the child through a horrible accident. Another option is to have a friend come over to the house and take care of the child for a few hours for some money. It is a good choice since the parents would pick a friend they trust extremeley, and also the extra cash and trust would drive the friend to monitor the child the whole time. Plus if the friend is younger they have more energy and alertness to take care of the child. A con of that decision though would be if it's not someone that is as trustworthy as the parents think they could come home to a few items missing or if they are not responsible the baby could get hurt.

I'd say the pros and cons of babysitting/daycare is that you're putting your child into the hands of a (most likely) stranger, trusting them with your child. but then you will be providing someone with a job, income and you're free from your child

Anything along the lines of those 2 answers for #1 will do

2. I have noticed that many children under the age of 3 have very basic needs such as food, water, bathing and sleep. As a child gets older alot of those needs increase and others are also added such as education, activities, and thought paterns. The older a child gets the more energy they seem to have and also their behavior tends to change dramatically as they gain the ability to speak, read, write, and develop their own personality. A child under 3 would require the parent to do everything such as feed, bathe, and clothe it. As a child gets older they depend less on the parent, being able to feed and clothe themselves. As a child gets older a parent should still do their best to nurture a child's imagination and health. When education comes into play a parent must make sure to help out their child with problems they find too difficult that way the stress of not knowing the answer does not affect the child. If a parent helps a childs education from the starting point, other educational and life problems will be easier to face as the child grows.
