I would go for omniscience. That might be over the top though. I would take super "toughness" as in my body was immune to all harm, and super strength. Flying would be great, but I would rather be able to walk into a volcano or go to the depths of the ocean without dying.

I think another cool power would be to shrink to a size of atoms, or even become larger, but I wonder how that would work, if you had the same body, and if you kept growing you'd become like a nitrogen balloon kind of, you would have 0 density and just float like paper into space if you became that large haha...assuming if becoming large is being able to stretch yourself.

OH! Being able to travel the speed of light...but if you want to see milky way from a distance, it would take you 100,000 years just to leave the galaxy so yeah...still would take a while even travelling at the speed of light. Wait, 70,000 years, because we're 30,000 light years away from the bulge of the galaxy (centre), so yeah still that's a very long time haha. Anyways, I'm just babbling now, so I should probably leave XD.

And I mean 100,000 years travelling the speed of light btw lol, now you can imagine how large the galaxy is, the closest star to us (excluding the sun) is 4 light years away...that's VERY FAR. For example, with our rockets, it would take us, I didn't do the calculation but over 80,000 years or something crazy just to reach the nearest star. It's quite insane, how vast the distances are. Actually I'll do the calculation later with our fastest space rocket, and see how long it would actually take.
