What are the intercepts of 3x-9y=-27?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

plug in zero for x and for y and you will get you intercepts. ex:3(0)-9y=-27 the three goes away and you are left with -9y=-27 divide and you will have y=3 and your first pair of intercepts will be (0,3)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

then you will do the same for y by plugging in 0. and you will do 3x-9(0)=-27 3x=-27 x=-9 (-9,0)
