How many solutions does this system of equations have? 3x – 4y = 12 y = 4x – 3 A.0 B.1 C.2 D.infinite

The answer is B. If you simplify them and put them into the same form. Their slopes are not the same, so they are not parallel so it could not be A. It cannot be C because it is impossible for a linear system of equations to have two solutions. (They are straight lines, no turns, thus no two solutions.) It cannot be D because they are not the same equation.
