Copy and paste, do this. After you have enough you can copy the whole sentence and do it over. If you're doing it by hand, you can use your two other fingers to write with two pens. Like me :)

Ah okay. Well then there is no way you can write faster, unless you want to start over.

Just write the first word of the sentence all the way down. Then go to the next word, and do the same.

Probably the best thing to do is to practice writing some of the longest words over and over again until you can write it perfectly without looking. Try and write a bunch of harder and longer letters and you could get the rest easily.
