write an equation for the line perpendicular to x-2y=4 with the same y-intercept as x-2y=4

My slope intercept I got is:\[y=x/2-4\] but I'm not sure where to do from here. Usually you would using the y2-y1=m(x1-x2) formula with a given point to find your second equation but your not given one here.
