Below is a graph that represents the total profits for a third month. Write the equation of the line that represents this graph. Show your work or explain how you determined the equations. Can someone please help me write out this equation?

If this is in y=mx+b form I think the equation would look like this: y=-2/3x+300. Not sure though, hope it helps

Well 300 is the point at the top left corner and b is the y-intercept so thats fairly obvious, m is the slope which to find you subtract the x's and y's from two points in this case i used (150,200) and (300,100) which give you the slope of -2/3. and x isn't necessary to fill in unless you were completing the equation.
