It doesn't matter, because you can still explain it after you say the answer. The order doesn't matter.

well, order kind of do. giving out the answer before you give the explanation is considered giving out the answer which is against the rule

I almost never give a final answer. I let the student give me the final answer. I'll just let them know if they are correct
