do you know what supplementary angles are? When two angles make a straight line they are supplementary and therefore add up to 180 degrees so you can use one of the known angles to find the unknown angle. Then you have to know that the sum of the angles of a triangle must add up to 180 degrees as well! |dw:1404231206844:dw|

is it 25?

Yes! So any time you have a line bisected by a right angle (90 degrees), both angles must be 90 degrees meaning x=90 then 180-125 = 55 degrees = y Finally your triangle can only have a total of 180 degrees so 180-90-55=25=p
