I had my question closed once, and it notified me with the name of the mod who closed it. But if hartnn says so, that feature may have been removed.

The only people that can reopen your question are Administrators, and even then it would require additional programming and be hectic for them to implement. Just re-ask your question. You won't be suspended. If I moderator tries to warrant a suspension I will kick their butt ;)

The only reason you would be suspended would be a violation of the Code of Conduct, Terms, or a community suspension. If you did any of these and got suspended, then it is not my fault - but yours'.
