Slow paced writing setting would imply romanticism, drama, and disastrous story lines.
On the contrary,fast paced writing state would require thrill or adventure and action story lines.
The effect would affect the reader in how the story line is perceived. The different paces would have a different affect and emotions to the reader and how they feel to the story or writing.

Thanks. I added more in it .. Slow paced writing setting would imply romanticism, drama, and disastrous story lines. You'd have to use punctuation like commas or semicolons to make the reader pause, use long sentences full of descriptive phrases, and use words or phrases that slow a sentence.
On the contrary,fast paced writing state would require thrill or adventure and action story lines. You'd have to use short sentences or long sentences with many short phrases, use short sentences or long sentences with many short phrases, and use repetition of words.
