Am I right?

Or am I wrong? Please correct me if I am.

yarp, first answer is correct. a change of composition is a chemical thing. answers B and D are physical processes, where you couldn't identify whether it's the same rock you're looking at after the process is complete. chemical weathering, on the other hand, is trackable and changes the composition of the rock. therefore, it is right. C is complete bullpellet, as we like to call it in the biology department :-)
