Explain, in complete sentences, which method you would use to solve the following system of equations and why you chose that method. Provide the solution to the system. x - 3y + 2z =20 x + 2y + 3z = 2 2x - 3y - z = 18
I would definitely use the process of eliminating one of the variables because using substitution in a system with 3 unknowns gets very messy and longgggggg...
We would do this one just like we did the other...eliminate the z's between the first and second equation, and then between the second and third. Take those new equations, sans their z's, and add those together to eliminate yet another variable. Do you want help?
yes.. if you don't mind... i understood the other one fairly easily but this one just confuses me... @IMStuck
are you there?? @IMStuck
