I want to say yes because its reflecting in somewhat the opposite direction, except I thought the x-values were supposed to be the same? But if the the and x and y-values are supposed to have switched places...then I don't think that this has an inverse function...and...now, I officially doubt that I know what I'm talking about.

consequently it passes the horizontal line test also
