There are 2 ways to solve for this. Lets do this logically. If seemingly we didn't know if Z was the exact midpoint, we can assume that the midpoint of RT would equal: \[\frac{ 4x-4 }{ 2}=0\] If Z=1, then we can assume it as the midpoint. Therefore, both segments are congruent, meaning segment RZ would also be 24. Can you solve from here?
