i am creating a website to register companies so i am stuck on what are the unique things that only the top guys in the company know them,.eg registration number and what else...?

in any registration system their should be primary key for registration user with the id number and unique key for individual username ....

let me know what exactly are try to find out and which methods are you using to create website??

SECTION A(COMPANY) :Suppose i have the company named CSC which is registered manually at the government ,the government gave me the registration number reg10212 which is unique to any registration number of other companies .SECTIONB(MY WEBSITE)
I am registering the companies that exist on the government database.the company (CSC) register its company to be used on this website.
Question ?
1.How will i know that the person registering this company is really the owner of this company or he /she agreed ith the company to register it on this website.Since most people can know the company and its registration number .

Okay first of all you have to gather each and every information about a company related to the government information.....
As a example a company is recognized by the trade license or bank account/passport etc information which are related to legal informations of owner of that specific company .....
So now if you want to register companies and to verify the owner to be used in your website which are already legally registered on the government database you need owner details along with the company registration number.....thats it...

there's a word called confidential data ...... no one can acquire government confidential data except he/she is a terrorist :D ...

Listen first of all you need a complete concept over business/company to make such types of websites.... how they work within the different depts... how they work with the formative informations ..... but if we are talking about a company property document it should/will be completely confidential for a secured company.... try to gather more information about business and business platform...

nope.... i work with softwares ..... and yes i have made many types of softwares of various companies.... so i have lil bit concept about business companies.... just you need every information of a company criteria .... then you can able to make a website of a company...better to make a contract with the company and do it perfectly....
