Prokaryotic cell are those cells that do not have a nucleus. These would be your domain bacteria an archaea. They do not have membrane bound organelles. Eukaryotic cells are those with a nucleus. These would be plant, animal, fungi , and protists cells. These are in the domain Eukarya. They all have membrane bound organelles.
