Add or subtract as indicated and write the result in standard form.

\[(3 + 2i) - (5 - 7i)\]

I think this is adding and subtracting complex numbers

My work:
\[3 + 2i - 5 - 7i\]
\[3 +(-5) + 2i - 7i\]
\[-2 + (-5i)\]

Did I do this right? o.o
