its a website called ple.platoweb.com i have my password and account login but its asking for a plato user name i have to type in my first and last name initial and add plato to it, but when i do it says incorrect and that is what they told me to do

they called and said it twice i wrote everything down in the correct way i tried loving in three times and it didn't work. I called back no answer and i really have to get my spot in this class

i failed my ap english class they said i can take during the summer i missed the first day to sign up at the school. they said i can take it online. i don't know if it has anything to do with open study but its okay. thank you for the help
