i just wanna give you a quick tip, whenever you see a "cm^3", it literally means "ml". And yah it's the smallest value.
Let's put everything into the same units and THEN compare them. Let's choose ml as the common unit 2500 ml = well 2500 ml lol 30 cm^3 = 30 ml 2E-1 L = 200 ml 25 m^3 = 25,000,000 ml Obviously, 30 cm^3 is smallest volume
