they do that .... as long as they are behaving on their temp account, i have no issue with it.

Well Why when your banned it says do not make a second account or this will lead to ish?

Evading suspension is against the code of conduct.

It is, but 90% creates a new account right after a suspension anyways... Usually goes undetected unless they continue the abuse on the evasion account. I heard something about mandatory email verification coming soon, let's hope that'll solve most of the problems.
