use your own faculties and make your own choices. Someone's begging does not mean you have to do something that you do not want to do.

Obviously not my choice, but do what you wish... Use your own decision-making faculties. If you would like to talk to them sure go ahead, not something I would do but then again it's not for us to choose. Again press block if you would not want to receive further messages from them. Also there is a toggle in the settings to enable it so that you only receive messages from people who would you are fans with.
