the parabola y=x^2 is shifted 4 units up and 2 units to the right. How do i write that in vertex form?

OpenStudy (aum):

y = x^2 "shifted 4 units up" implies y = x^2 + 4 "shifted 2 units to the right" implies replacing x by (x - 2)
