What's the meaning of climax and resolution?

Rising action- the story. Climax- big final battle/ emotional triumph (when the problem is solved or stalled). Falling action- the aftermath of the climax. Resolution- Just let everyone know how things will go, or how the characters will be for a while.

The climax can be described as the "turning point" to your plot/story. WHile the resolution is the conclusion to a problem presented usually shown at the end of the story.
