what is the relation between molarity and weight by weight percentage using density?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

is this correct?

OpenStudy (somy):

my neck lol

OpenStudy (anonymous):

umm, sorry i didnt get u somy...

OpenStudy (somy):

can u turn the pic?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

umm, not able to edit it. ill retry uploading it. though it took a lot of time, still...

OpenStudy (somy):

its ok no worries i did it myself :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok so is this correct? what ive done

OpenStudy (somy):

i'll check just a min

OpenStudy (anonymous):

sure (y)

OpenStudy (somy):

alright we want molarity of the whole compound right?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

nope, of the solute only wrt the solution

OpenStudy (somy):

ok i see

OpenStudy (anonymous):

is this what u got?

OpenStudy (somy):

doing

OpenStudy (anonymous):

sure

OpenStudy (somy):

ok beginning u are on the right way

OpenStudy (somy):

yup i don't see any mistakes

OpenStudy (somy):

you are right BUT u are right if initially your volume unit was mL

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes, my volume in molarity and density part was taken initially in ml only

OpenStudy (somy):

this matters but if you took SI system units which is m3 in that case it'll be a bit wrong

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i did it taking the volume in ml. in this case, is it correct?

OpenStudy (somy):

yes pretty much

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok thanks a lot

OpenStudy (somy):

np :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok somy, do u mind helping me a bit more. ive got 2 more relationships to b verified

OpenStudy (somy):

yup sure :) post a new question :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

can u pls message ur mail id. posting the pics is taking a lot of time

OpenStudy (somy):

oh alright
