hi i think i can help you. Do you know the slope formula?
first you have to find the slope of the points: (4,8) and (2, -1) Now, you know that since the slope of this points is perpendicular to the slope of points (x, 2) and (-4, 5), you have to get the negative reciprocal of the slope that you calculated. do this first, and i tell you the next step.
