@mathmale what do yo think of this? The Flip-Flop-Alot Company makes and sells flip-flops. They have one linear function that represents the cost of producing flip-flops and another linear function that models how much income they get from those flip-flops. Describe the key features that would determine if these linear functions ever intercepted.
What i have is they will only intersect if their slopes are not the same and you cab represent them linear equation in slope-intercept form,
You're right on target in stating that the slopes of these two lines must be different in order for them to intersect. We already know that the two functions are linear, so it's not necessary to say "you can represent them in slope-intercept form."
okk
Is that it that's all i have to write for it.
