I read the book rules before but the middle school im going to is assigning me summer homework on it. I need the book cause the homework involves page numbers. Where can i get a free copy of Rules not including libraries since i have no library card?

You can always order online, on Amazon. Or make a library card, since it isn't that hard and is inexpensive.
