Very cool. Yea, I really like the idea of how we sort of level up in the different areas to show what we are good at helping with and the trophies and stuff. This site is so cool, I really am trying to get into the ambassador program eventually. Thank you for the reply!

Note that engagement stands for the time you spend "getting" help. If your mission is to help people, your problem solving and teamwork will increase.
