Teamwork is based on actions that others do directed at you. Therefore, someone accepts an invite that you sent. Alternatively, someone gives you a Testimonial, etc, etc. That is not an all-inclusive list of actions that gains you a higher teamwork score, just some examples.

I think the highest point value in that category is receiving a medal from an asker that you've never received a medal from before. So, essentially, helping a user you've never helped.

So medals for gaining fans and inviting users are the highest. Medals from askers who have never given you a medal are next highest. And then there are a handful of other things mixed in as well.

Teamwork is mainly teamwork. Clarifying that, it means that you're earning and gaining fans. Medals are mainly for the engagement purpose. It also will go for things such as helping others and being helped. You're then showing you can give teamwork and get it from others in the community.
