I'm not quite sure what you're asking here, but I presume you want to be able to describe the balanced chemical equation for the reaction. "Here, we have nitrous oxide (NO) gas reacting with oxygen gas (O2) to form the gaseuos compound nitrogen dioxide (NO2). The balanced chemical equation shows us that for every 2 moles of NO gas we have, if we react it with 1 mole of O2 gas we will get 2 moles of NO2 gas." Does that help you?
