from info. given you know that the angle is in the third quad then type on calculator pellet cos (-1/13) and make it minus 360 to be in the third quad and plug this angle in sin,tan,...

To get the angle out of sec x= -13
and sec x = 1/cos x .Then cos x = -1/13
and use the calculator to get theta
