Complex Numbers and Roots Help Please.... Find the five roots of the equation (x+1)^5=32x^5

If you take the 5 root of both sides you get -> (x+1) = 2x -> 1 = 2x - x -> x = 1

I know the answer to the problem uses De'Moivre's Theorem - I just have no idea how to use that theorem. :/
