Given segment AB. Draw "little arcs" at C and D such that AB=AC=AD Join C & D to make segment CD intersecting AB at E. Then E bisects AB, such that AE=EB. Similarly for angle bisector. Draw segments OP=OQ (arbitrary length). From P & Q draw arcs meeting at R such that PR=QR=OP=OQ. OPRQ is now a rhombus, and OR bisects angle POQ.|dw:1404757550767:dw|
