This is not where you post questions like this but the answer Is c. If you have anymore questions like this I suggest putting anymore questions in one of the science subjects.
The answer is b, how much of the sunlit side of the moon faces the Earth.
You won't always see the entire sunlit surface of the moon. This is only the case when a full moon. So the answer is definitely B. But like said before, not the right group to ask this question.
